There
seems to be a flu-like illness making its way through the Chiefs locker
room. Wide
Receiver Dwayne Bowe missed practice on Wednesday due to an
illness (he was back on Thursday), and
Guard Brian
Waters missed practice Wednesday and Thursday (no word on
availability for the game Sunday). This has the Chiefs coaching staff
worried. A hand washing mini-seminar was given to the players this week.
Soap and warm water, at least two minutes - "Kindergarten Rules" as
Coach Todd Haley put it. Let's hope the new training keeps the
Chiefs players healthy for the big Playoff game with Baltimore on Sunday -
we need all the help we can get.In other Chiefs news, Wide Receiver Kevin Curtis was signed by the team as a little help for a struggling Receiving corps. The Chiefs have had problems all season at receiver - after Bowe, the depth chart drops off considerably with a has been and a couple of never will Be's. Curtis had a great 2007 season with the Eagles, but has been plagued by injuries ever since - including a bout with Testicular cancer in 2010. Could be a long term solution at Receiver if he can return to his past abilities.
Morning Rush Hour - Kansas City
by Kansas City News
I have owned my own business since 1996 when I retired from the accounting business. I have not seen a morning rush hour in Kansas City since. All I can say is - WOW - you guys are freaking crazy! Cut-throat dashing and slashing in traffic - rude cutoffs, horn blowing and giving the finger. And then you pull into the Quik Trip parking lot - a feat that requires at least 3 years of NASCAR driving school. Then you get into Quik Trip and line up at the Holy Alter - the QuikTrip coffee machine. Oh, the Quik Trip coffee has to have massive amounts of CRACK in it to be this popular. Are you kidding me?
I was impressed to see that there was still some polite door holding for folks and a general good attitude. But DUDE, you morning rush hour people are hauling ass! Everything is quick and to the point and I must say that I am generally impressed. I understand now why I get messages from my clients at 8:47am with such urgency and then when I go to answer their questions and respond around 4pm they are much more laid back. The coffee buzz has run it's course and they are ready to be home with the wife and kids.
I admire you, oh morning rush hour tweakers - crackheads have NOTHING on you guys - you are the real tweakers. Running your own business is VERY stressful, but that morning rush upon the city is a miracle to behold, and I congratulate all of you who can function at that insane level.
Health Care Reform Law Ruled Unconstitutional.

Thank God for the State of Virginia! Today a Virginia federal court judge ruled a critical part of Obamacare is unconstitutional. He justified his ruling by saying that Obamacare exceeds the power of Congress, under the Constitution’s Commerce and General Welfare Clauses, to force Americans to purchase health insurance.
Wow…that is so strange…why it only seems like people with half a brain have been saying this for months and months and months…even prior to the passing of the law nobody read before they signed it. How can a President, a Speaker of the House, and a Senate majority leader be so pompous, stupid, and bold to think that their passing of a Health Care Law that most Americans opposed and believed unconstitutional (given you could understand the constitution), was good for America? I am still baffled by this.
I think Americans who are for Obamacare don’t realize that repealing it doesn’t mean there can’t be health care reform. In fact, if when the thieves who have stolen our country are finally kicked out in 2012, we will not only be able to formally repeal Obamacare, but be able to implement health care reform that is far more effective, takes care of the people who actually need it, and doesn’t force the rest of America to have it.
I never thought anyone could be dumber than Moe, Curly, and Larry of the Three Stooges…until America got stuck with Obama, Pelosi, and Reid…the three worst leaders in our nation’s history.
Chiefs Dominated by Chargers
The
Kansas City Chiefs were dominated by the Chargers in
every phase of the game Sunday. It can only be described as a
forgetful performance by the Chiefs.
Brody Croyle certainly would like to forget his only
start of the season, and 10th consecutive loss as a Chiefs
Starter. Though Croyle could be an easy target, this game was by
no means his fault. In fact, the rest of the team and the
coaching staff should issue a public apology to Brody for the
lack of support. The Offensive Line play was terrible - the worst of the season. Barry Richardson looked lost, and the coaching staff doesn't get the man any help. No holes opened up for the running game and no time for the quarterback. When Croyle did have time, he actually passed the ball pretty well. A key drop by Bowe on third down, a nice pass play called back by penalty, and a great defensive play by a San Diego back kept Croyle's efforts from showing up on a stat sheet.
Defensively, the Chiefs just couldn't get off the field. The Chargers made play after play on third down to keep floundering drives going - The Charger's 11 of 15 on third down compared to the Chief's 0-11. Is that right? 0% third down efficiency? uggghh, this game was worse than I thought. Nevermind, why am I trying to find bright spots. Fuck it, let's look at the rest of the season.
The Chiefs now most likely have to win out to win the division and go to the playoffs. The Chargers have a game lead in Conference record which would be a tiebreaker if they finish with the same record as our Chiefs. Certainly it is doable with the remaining schedule.
at St Louis - St Louis is a young team fighting for their division Championship (very dangerous game)
Home against Tennessee - They seem to have given up, should be an easy win
Home against Oakland - Throw out the record books when we play the Raiders, anything could happen.
Take care of business and we go to the playoffs. I think we can do it, but let's be honest, it's just good to play meaningful games in December.
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is playing at AMC Mainstreet 6 on December 14 & 18th.

One of the greatest Christmas movies of all time, 'National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation', is playing Tuesday December 14th and Saturday December 18th on the big screen at the AMC Mainstreet 6 movie theater down by the Power & Light District. Tickets are a bargain at $5.
Don't think for one second that you can just watch it on T.V. and it will compare to the full movie experience...it doesn't. I had the chance to see 'A Christmas Story' there this past weekend and it was worth every penny because the room was big, the screen was big, the characters were big, the popcorn was perfect, and the entire movie experience in all of its glory was shining on a huge screen. It was awesome.
Even though 'Christmas Vacation' will be on T.V. 50 times between now and Christmas, do yourself a favor and pack up the family, head down to AMC 6, and witness one of the greatest Christmas miracles of all time.
Bush Tax Cuts…a different way to look at it.

Do you think the “Rich” should be taxed more than the rest of Americans? Are you for letting the Bush Tax Cuts expire on the Rich but not anyone else? I am talking to every one of you people who believe the Rich should get a tax increase while the rest of Americans’ tax rates stay the same. Am I talking to the right people now?
Most of the people who support taxing the Rich disproportionately higher than the rest of Americans have this mentality that the rich have too much and should share their wealth with the less fortunate through some kind of government taxation type social justice. Well I have two news flashes for you. The Rich already give money to the less fortunate…because they want to. And the second is that YOU (the people who think Americans making more than $250K per year) are rich compared to the poor in this country and compared to the Rich in many, many, many, many other countries. So what are YOU going to do to spread YOUR wealth with the rest of the world…or are their only poor people in America…or are you people who do not make over $250K per year just hypocrites?
I have been struggling with how to get anyone who isn’t in the $250K plus income range to see things differently as it relates to income tax, sales tax and many other messed up taxes. It has been a struggle (thus the struggling part). So here is what I propose and please let me know what you think. The poor in our country should be taxed 60% of their income (similar to how they would like to see the Rich taxed). So if a family of 4 makes $22,500/year (family of 4 poverty line), I suggest they give $13,500 of it to the government or a 3rd world country. That lets them take home $9,000 per year or $750 per month. Does that seem fair?
Can a poverty line family of four live on $750/month? Poverty line family of 4 people are rich compared to people living in other parts of the world…I mean REALLY rich. So should folks at or below the poverty line be forced to give away most of what they make to those who are less fortunate than they are? Does the government taking more of their hard earned dollar home than they do seem fair? So…poverty line Americans are Rich relative to many other countries so we should tax the hell out of them right? The truth is that poverty line poverty folks are RICH…filthy rich…right?
How about the middle class people out there? Let’s say a middle class family makes $80K per year (either a one income family or two parents making that income together). If we tax you at 60%, you now get to take home $32,000 per year or $2,670 per month. Can you live on that? Yes/No? Well how come the Poor can live on much less than that? Doesn’t that make you folks in the Middle class rich? I mean REALLY rich?…I would think so. So now that you have moved from the middle class to the Rich, 60% of your income should go to the government. Is that fair? How about 70% or 80%? When does it end and when is enough, enough?
The same thing should apply with the homeless guy in the United States. I say we put an IRS agent on every street corner to make sure that $.60 of every dollar someone gives them for cleaning a windshield is taken away and given to the IRS agent. Make sense? Even the homeless in America are better off than the majority of the poorest in 3rd world countries…and I don’t think anybody wants to be homeless…I know I sure don’t. But since the homeless are now the Rich, don’t we have a social justice responsibility to tax them into feeling as crappy about themselves as the jack wagons who believe that because someone has more than they do, they should be punished?
How about a different approach… do you think the life of the family of 4 poverty line person would be better or worse if they had an extra $13,500 to spend a year (which would be an extra $1,250 per month)? Hmmm…$750/month taxed at 60% versus $1,875/month not taxed at all, to live life….which one is better? How about the middle income family? Could they use the extra money? Oh wait…the middle income family is actually the Rich compared to the rest of the world…so never mind.
So I guess my point is that now that you middle income, lower income, and homeless people are now the Rich, does it seem fair to tax you at 60%...or 70%...or 80% like some folks would like? Would you like it? Because the truth is that YOU are the rich ones. How does it feel? Do you like it? I mean if someone walked in your door tomorrow and took 60% or more of your stuff just because you had more than they did. Yes…this could be the homeless guy looking at the poverty line family of 4…give me 60% because you have more than I do and since I, the homeless guy, am suffering, you need to suffer too.
Is it crazy yet? This is exactly what is happening today with the discussion around the Bush Tax Cuts expiring. Instead of looking at your brother and being envious of what he has that you don’t have, go to school, work harder, get a better job, start your own business, find a mentor, read every book you can find on getting ahead in life, find a business coach who will work with you for free, there are a thousand things you can do to improve your own situation…but bitching about someone else having more than you when you do nothing about it isn’t going to fix anything and supporting tax law/codes/legislation that punishes people who have more than you do…just because they have more than you do…is ridiculous.
Chiefs Chargers - Why We Lost the Game on the First Drive
Run - small gain
Run - amazingly a first down
Run - small gain
Run - small gain
3rd Down - yeah, great time to pass now that they fucking KNOW we're going to pass. FAIL.
At this exact point this game was over. Not overreacting here, this actually ended the game. Why? Because once the Chargers knew that we weren't going to throw the ball, they got nice and comfortable and teed off on our running game. Great scheme guys.
Here is what an intelligent NFL team would have done on the first drive:
1st play of the game - LONG BOMB. Incomplete, interception, who cares? As long as they know that we're going to test them deep.
2nd play of the game - PLAY ACTION PASS. They are sitting on the run - the play action would have been PERFECT - even just a short pass would have been effective here.
3rd play of the game - PLAY ACTION PASS. That's right - ANOTHER pass. Let them think that we're going to pass all damn day.
If the Chiefs had anyone on staff who knew anything about football, we could have had a chance in this game. But it is obvious that they do not. 4 fucking runs in a row - great strategy guys, IDIOTS.
This is why the Chiefs haven't won a playoff game in 200 years or so. The funny part is, there was a girl watching the game with us and she didn't know anything about football - her EXACT quote was "why are they running the ball so much right off the bat when they know that our quarterback is hurt and that we're going to have to run the ball for the whole game?" - Yes, ladies and gentleman, even a girl who knows nothing about football knows more than the Chiefs coaching staff. I turned the game off after the 1st quarter. No need to watch any more of THAT.
Let me know what the final score is - or no, wait, how about don't. I'm going out to eat.
Mark Madoff, son of Bernie Madoff, hangs himself.

Mark Madoff turned his dad in to the authorities 2 years ago. This is when the world learned that Bernie Madoff was the first real contender to change the phrase "Ponzi Scheme" to "Madoff Scheme". Today, Mark Madoff hung himself in his New York apartment while his 2 year old son slept.
I have a real problem with anyone taking their own life. It is the selfish way out. Mark Madoff left a wife, some kids, and a gigantic scar that will haunt them the rest of their lives. Where is daddy? When will daddy come home? I wish dad could see me now, I wish dad was here at my wedding...etc. Complete crap.
Seeing someone dead as an adult is painful enough but if that little two year old kid woke up and saw his father hanging from a dog leash, imaging how that would have effected his life...oh wait his father already effected his son's life when he chose to take his own.
There are plenty of places to go for help. Call a suicide hotline, find a counselor, exercise, grab a priest, find a hooker, or just frickin' cry out for help! But taking your own life by choice is selfish and effects many, many, many other lives.
He was under investigation for something but the word is that his investigation wouldn't have lead to prison. He had civil lawsuits filed against him but once again, he wouldn't end up in prison. So the prison excuse is out. If he thought he was saving his family by ending his life for life insurance, it would have just been sucked away somehow through the wonderful American Justice system where lawyers are paid to see how hard they can screw you...and the insurance money would be gone.
Regardless of all of it, my message is no matter how bad your life is, don't kill yourself. If you have ever met one person in your life or have ever had 1 friend in your life...just one...then don't kill yourself because you will be missed and you will negatively effect others. Life will get better and each day you fight through the rough days it will bring you closer to the good days while at the same time help you appreciate the life you have been given. Choosing to check out without paying your bill is wrong.
There isn't a soul on this earth that is too fat, ugly, lonely, or depressed to justify pullingl the trigger, swallowing the pills, or swinging from a tree. I guess since Mark Madoff's father was selfish enough to steal billions of dollars in "play money" to him and destroy the lives of thousands of people, it just makes sense genetically/hereditarily that Mark Madoff would not think of a soul (much less his own family) when he decided to swing from a pole wearing a dog collar.
I pray for your soul Mark Madoff.
Fiesta Azteca Moves to Lee's Summit
The
best
Mexican Food
in Kansas City has moved to Lee's Summit. Fiesta Azteca opened
it's doors at the new Lee's Summit location last night. Owner
Andres Orozco provides the same outstanding food and friendly
service that has made his restaurant a hit for seven years at a
tiny location in Raytown. The new location is three times
larger, in a much newer building and features actual restrooms
(not a tiny closet with a toilet). Mr Wonderful had the pleasure
of dining there last evening and it was delightful as usual.Fiesta Azteca offers all the traditional dishes and combinations that you would find in any Mexican restaurant, but where this place shines is the authentic Mexican menu. They offer steak, chicken breast or Carnitas (pork) in a variety of excellent presentations with tasty sauces. If you don't know what to order, Mr Orozco will be happy to order for you, as I have had him do a few times for me. Everything is excellent.
Fiesta Azteca is also known for their Margaritas, They are as big as your head, and really pack a punch. This is not your pre-made store bought mix, it's the real deal - bring a designated driver. They also have a giant burrito called the "El Azteca" - over six pounds of burrito, if you can eat it all, maybe you can be a TV star.

Rick
Springfield will be performing Saturday night at
the Midland Theatre in Kansas City. The show starts at 8PM,
tickets can be purchased
here - prices range from
$30 - $80.You know, whenever I think of Rick Springfield I always think of the movie "Boogie Nights" with Mark Wahlberg and John C Reilly - the scene where they are at the drug dealer's house getting ready to rob him. "Jesse's Girl" is blaring on this guy's stereo - the Asian guy's in the background lighting firecrackers in the living room, and everybody is coked out of their minds. What a great scene in a great movie - if you haven't seen it, rent it tonight.
Keith Sweat, 90's R&B star, will be performing at Municipal Auditorium on Saturday night at 7PM. Tickets are on sale here. Prices range from $40 - $60.
The Nutcracker - The Kansas City Ballet's annual performance of The Nutcracker starts Saturday evening and runs through Christmas Eve at the Music Hall. Missouri Pulls Out Overtime Win Against Vanderbilt
zzou
Arena beating unranked, but solid
Vanderbilt in overtime 85-82.
Marcus Denmon came on strong for the Tigers
in the second half only hours after his cousin, Marion died from
injuries sustained in a shooting late last Friday. After having
an abysmal first half, Denmon scored 19 in the second half and
overtime including a layup and free throw to give the Tigers
their final three point lead with 5 seconds left. Denmon and his
cousin grew up in the same
Kansas City house and his death obviously affected
his play in the first half. Denmon leads the Tigers in scoring
this year averaging over 17 points per game.A disturbing trend is developing with the Missouri Tigers Basketball team. The last three games have come down to the final play before the buzzer. Last week, Missouri blew a late lead and folded in overtime against a good Georgetown team - then traveled west two days later and let a poor Oregon team back in the game after amassing an 18 point halftime lead (and growing it early in the second half). The Oregon game can probably be chalked up to tired legs, but the Georgetown and Vanderbilt games are signs this team still has work to do. They continue to leave players WIDE open for three-pointers and will continue to be troubled be teams that can shoot the three. Wild swings in games is something we have grown accustomed to as Missouri fans with Coach Mike Anderson's "Forty Minutes Of Hell" style of play, but the Tigers have to play better defense. They probably will, as every Mike Anderson team at Missouri has gotten better throughout the year.
Missouri has now won 51 consecutive non-conference home games. That's pretty cool. Oh yeah, and KU can SUCK IT!
Matt Cassel Appendectomy Injury Report for Chiefs
by Kansas City News
Today the question about why Matt Cassel was suddenly absent from Wednesday's practice was answered when it was reported from The Chiefs camp that Cassel had an emergency Appendectomy this afternoon. Cassel, who has been performing great on the field for the Chiefs of late will likely miss up to 4 weeks due to this injury. At the very least he will miss this Sunday's game when the Chiefs play the San Diego Chargers - a must win game for the Chiefs. According to medical sports experts, the earliest that a player has returned from an appendectomy was 10 days, but the injury should likely sideline a player for up to 4 weeks.
While we are all happy that Cassel will be okay, this will surely affect the outcome of the game against San Diego this Sunday. Jamaal Charles and Thomas Jones will really have to step up and carry The Chiefs to a victory this week. With Cassel out, Chiefs backup quarterback Brody Croyle will be the starter. Croyle has not thrown a pass in regular season this year, while Matt Cassel has thrown for 2503 yards, with an astonishing 23 - 4 touchdown / interception ratio with a passer rating of 98.4.
The Chiefs officially gave Cassel a 50% chance of starting once the news of his appendectomy was announced, but this statistic is very doubtful according to medical experts.
'Tis the Season for Stolen Cars!
Car
theft is on the rise in Kansas City, and other cold weather
cities as people leave their cars running unattended.
Kansas City
Police have reported that in the last 10 days there
have been 8 stolen vehicles, with three of them being cars that
have been left running unattended. We have all done it on a cold
day, run into the store real fast and leave the car running so
it will stay warm, or start the car in your driveway to warn it
up. Don't do it, it makes you an easy target for thieves.Actually, it is illegal (in both Kansas City and many cities in Kansas), you could end up with your vehicle stolen, AND get a ticket from the police. Leaving your car running unattended is stupid, certainly, but so is a law against it. It is even illegal to leave your car running in your own driveway. What's next, will it be illegal to leave your house unlocked? Have something valuable in your car? What about just being stupid, should there be a law against that? (there aren't enough prisons).
Anyway, just pay attention people and turn your car off when you get out of it and take the keys with you. And for God's sake, don't leave your baby unattended in a running car! Sheesh!
Bush Tax Cuts should be lower.

The Bush Tax Cuts incense me. I don't know when I have felt like an entire "group" of people are as completely insane, ignorant, and just don't get it, as people who support increasing taxes for those making over $250K per year. The Bush Tax Cuts would have been a tax increase had Obama not worked with Republicans to extend them. The truth is they need to be lower than the current rate of the Bush Tax Cuts Americans are bickering about now. I suggest a flat 20% for everyone...even whiny liberals who believe the world owes them everything and they shouldn't have to work for anything. Reducing taxes far beyond the Bush Tax Cuts would be good for individuals, good for businesses, and good for the economy. Fixing the tax code would be even better...
The fact that government cannot manage anything efficiently is no reason for the American taxpayer to suffer. Now that money is tight, budgets are under scrutiny, and government cuts are happening everywhere, it is painfully obvious that our government has been run incredibly inefficiently. The government coffers have dwindled, yet government life is still continuing. Hmmmm.
When did the notion begin that the money we make belongs to the government? There is an amount (20%) that will sustain the government, our infrastructure, our fire/police, and all other basic services the government provides. The closer taxes get to 20%, the better the economy will perform and the more revenue the government will collect. But I am from the school of thought that America is the land of the free and not the land of the oppressive government who takes over 50% of your income if you make over $250K when you count local and state taxes on top of your 39% federal income tax.
When is enough, enough? Where are we headed? Do you liberals truly think it is okay for a person to work their tails off, hustle to make a business or a business idea work, make $100K per year but be taxed 70% of your income so that you take home $30K per year and the guy who actually makes $30K per year gets to take home say $25K per year because of your liberal notion of social justice, screwed up taxation, and overall stupidity? If this sounds off, don't be too sure. If crazy liberals and Democrats (who are hell bent on keeping the poor people poor) had their way, rich people would get their asses handed to them in taxes in order to equal out the distribution of income so that those who take entrepreneurial risk are not rewarded but rather penalized for doing so.
Is being a racist cool? Does the word "faggot" make you mad? Is it cool to pay a man more than a woman for doing the same job? No? If you are so righteous, then why in heck is it okay to tax one person higher than another?
Here is my deal with you crazy liberals, you give me equal taxation and I will vote for gay marriage. Cool?
Eli Young Band Forgets Words to National Anthem @ Chiefs Game
by Kansas City News
That's BRUTAL! The Eli Young Band from Texas completely blew the National Anthem at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, forgetting the words - TWICE - and screwing up the timing of the jet fly over. The Chiefs fans were immediately all over this guy, booing and laughing as this poor singer struggled to remember the words to our country's theme. The singer started off the first line ok, then forgot the second line, added an awkward pause, then did the unthinkable and STARTED OVER with the crowd continuing to boo and yell - this might have been the idea of his band mate who whispered something in the singer's ear. Why did they have the whole band out there anyway? The other three members of the band were just standing there doing nothing. This shows the lack of talent of today's young musicians. Back in the day when bands had talent, an entire band would NEVER just stand around out there while one guy sang the National Anthem, the entire band would sing - for instance when Huey Lewis and The News performed the National Anthem - now THAT was class. Take a lesson, young talentless musicians of the Eli Young band, watch that video of Huey Lewis and the News and realize that you guys just got lucky with a lift up from Miranda Lambert.
Note: The Eli Young band got a free lift from country music industry friend Miranda Lambert when she needed an opening act - ah, the empty, soulless, commercial driven music industry - as long as you're under 25, have spikey super-gel hair and can sing into a computer that fixes your voice, you've got a record deal. The good news is, the label will be taking all of your money.
Chiefs Win, Control AFC West
The
Chiefs Defense came up big time and time again on
Sunday to beat the Broncos 10-6. No, it wasn't pretty, but a win
is a win. That coupled with a
Raiders upset at San Diego have the Chiefs in
control of the AFC West. The Chiefs kept it interesting all day
with their inability to score (or lack of foresight to kick the
field goal in a tight game.)
Penalties
really hurt the Chiefs offense all day long as well
as a very stingy Denver defense, particularly in the passing
game. Dwayne Bowe was held catchless by
Champ Bailey
and others as he was double-teamed all day. Matt Cassel was
again efficient going 17-13 for 196 yards and a TD (again no
INTs - and 158 consecutive passes without an interception).
Jamaal Charles was steady with 116 yards rushing.
The return to action of
Dexter
McCluster was a much needed boost. He had a couple
of catches. The real story for the Chiefs in this one was the Defense. They were excellent. Brandon Carr, especially, but the whole secondary gave Orton fits. The Denver quarterback was just 9-28 on the day, OUCH! Tamba Hali had two sacks, one of which he forced a fumble and recovered it (Derrick Thomas Style).
San Diego's unexpected loss to the Raiders give the Chiefs a 2 game lead in the division. A win next week in San Diego would all but clinch it (barring the Raiders winning out). Whatever happens, it sure is good to play meaningful games in December, watching the scoreboard to see what other teams are doing, in short, it's just good to care again.

AFC West Standings - Chiefs Top AFC Standings
by Kansas City News
With today's thrashing of the Denver Broncos, The Kansas City Chiefs continue to dominate the AFC West. The media has not yet fully accepted the fact that the Chiefs are the best team in the AFC. Sports media reps continue to talk about how great the Chargers are, and hardly even mention the Chiefs during AFC West breakdown discussions. One reason for this is probably because everyone LOVES Philip Rivers, and cannot accept the fact that his team is just not as good as they should be. The Chargers prematurely let LaDainian Tomlinson go and he went on to be a big yard producer with the Jets, who are a real team and also sit atop their division (see AFC East Standings).
Hopefully after this week the sports media will begin to take the Chiefs seriously and put a hush on all of the Chargers talk. The Chiefs have worked harder than any team in the NFL this year and you can tell. This team, led very emotionally by Todd Haley has established themselves in a category that every team attempts to master - the running game. Only the strongest teams can put up the kind of rushing yards that our beloved Chiefs (using Mr. Wonderful's terminology) are putting up, and that shows a commitment to the running game that every NFL team strives to build.
Until further notice, the Kansas City Chiefs are the best team in the AFC - don't believe us? Check out the AFC West Standings and deal with it.
